We offer same-day and next-day delivery for most of our service area, subject to availability. Call us in the morning and in many cases we can have a dumpster to you that afternoon. We'll provide a delivery window the day before and call you about 30 minutes before arrival.
Our 15-yard dumpsters accept most household and construction debris: furniture, appliances (no freon), drywall, wood, carpet, flooring, roofing shingles, yard waste, and general junk. Not accepted: tires, batteries, paints/stains, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or any hazardous materials. Not sure? Just call us — we're happy to help you figure it out.
We take extra care to protect your property. Our drivers place protective boards under the dumpster's contact points to distribute the weight and prevent cracking or scratching. Our trucks are operated by trained drivers who are skilled at precise placement in tight spaces. If you are unsure about the stability of the area you want to place it in, simply ask the driver. To be safe you can be prepared with boards to place under the contact points of the dumpster. We will purchase these for you & provide them for an added fee.
If your dumpster will be placed on your private property (driveway, yard), you typically do not need a permit. If you need the dumpster on a public street or sidewalk, a municipal permit may be required. We can advise you on local requirements when you book — just let us know your situation.
Standard rentals include a 7-day rental period. Need more time? No problem — we offer extensions at a low daily rate. Just give us a call before your pickup date and we'll arrange it. We're flexible and understand that projects don't always go according to schedule.
Our standard rate includes up to 2 tons of debris. If your load exceeds that, we charge a straightforward, pre-disclosed per-ton overage fee — no surprise bills. We'll let you know the exact rate when you book so there are zero surprises. For heavier materials like concrete or dirt, reach out first and we can discuss the best options.
For best results: use the swing door for heavy or bulky items. Place flat items at the bottom, then layer heavier items on top. Break down large pieces when possible. Fill gaps with smaller debris. All materials must be level with or below the top edge of the dumpster — we can't transport overfilled dumpsters for safety reasons.

This Agreement is between Dump Smart Inc. ("Company") and the customer named below ("Customer"). By signing online or accepting delivery, the Customer agrees to these terms.
1. Rental and Included Pricing
The standard rental is for one 15-yard dumpster for up to 7 calendar days. The base price is $550.00 for a single 15-Yard dumpster, 7-day rental and includes delivery, pickup & up to 2 tons of material unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Customer agrees to pay:
- Base rental charge.
- Extra days at $20 per day after day 7.
- Weight overage at $125 per ton over the included weight, unless a different rate is listed in writing.
- Extra landfill charges for items that cost more to dispose of, such as mattresses, tires, appliances, or other special items.
- Any failed delivery, failed pickup, blocked access, or dry run fee of $125.
- Any returned check, declined payment, or bank-related fee of $39, plus any actual bank charges.
- A card processing fee of 1.5% if charged by the card processor.
Payment is due on or before delivery unless the Company agrees otherwise in writing. Any extra charges may be charged to the card on file when the rental ends, when the dumpster is dumped, or when the extra cost is known.
2. What Can and Cannot Go in the Dumpster
The dumpster is for normal non-hazardous waste only. The Customer must not place hazardous, toxic, flammable, corrosive, liquid, medical, or illegal waste in the dumpster.
Do not place these items in the dumpster unless the Company gives written approval first:
- Paint, stains, lacquers, adhesives, solvents, oils, fuels, propane tanks, or car batteries.
- Medical waste, contaminated materials, asbestos, railroad ties, dead animals, or household chemicals.
- Refrigerators, air conditioners, appliances containing refrigerant, fluorescent bulbs, gas bottles, or similar regulated items.
- Tires, mattresses, roofing shingles, concrete, bricks, dirt, soil, rock, or other very heavy materials.
If prohibited or extra-fee items are found, the Customer is responsible for all added disposal costs, cleanup costs, returned-load charges, fines, and any related damage or fees. The Company may refuse pickup until the dumpster is brought into compliance, or may remove the prohibited material at the Customer's expense.
3. Loading Rules
Material must stay level with the top edge of the dumpster. Nothing may hang over the sides, stick out of the top, or prevent the roll-off tarp from covering the container during transport. The load must be evenly distributed. The rear door must be closed and secured before pickup. Dumpsters that are overloaded, unsafe, or too heavy to haul may be refused for pickup until corrected, and extra trip charges may apply.
4. Delivery Site and Access
The Customer is responsible for making sure there is safe and clear access for delivery and pickup. This includes enough room for the truck, no blocked access, and suitable ground conditions to support the dumpster and truck weight.
The Customer is also responsible for protecting driveways, pavement, concrete, lawns, sprinkler systems, septic systems, wells, and other property where the dumpster is placed. The Company is only responsible for property damage caused by its own negligence. The Customer accepts the risk of normal surface marks, cracking, or pressure damage caused by the weight of the dumpster or truck when the requested placement area is used.
5. Customer Responsibility for the Dumpster
The Customer is responsible for the dumpster from delivery until pickup. The Customer must not move it, overload it, burn anything in it, damage it, or use forklifts, backhoes, or other heavy equipment to load it. The Customer is responsible for loss, theft, fire damage, vandalism, prohibited contents, and damage beyond normal wear and tear. The Customer agrees to pay for repairs, cleaning, loss of use, or replacement if the dumpster is damaged or not returned in the condition it was delivered.
6. Permits and Local Rules
If the dumpster will be placed on a street, sidewalk, or other public area, the Customer is responsible for obtaining any temporary permit or approval required by the city, town, county, homeowners' association, or other authority. The Customer is also responsible for any fines or penalties caused by placement or use of the dumpster at the service location.
7. Cancellations and Delays
If the Customer cancels on the scheduled delivery day or after the truck is already on the way, the Company may charge a cancellation or trip fee of $125. Pickup and dumping schedules may be delayed by weather, landfill closures, unsafe loads, blocked access, road conditions, or other events outside the Company's control.
8. Default and Collection
The Customer authorizes the Company to charge the card on file for all amounts owed under this Agreement. If payment is not made when due, the Company may remove the dumpster, charge late fees allowed under this Agreement, and use lawful collection methods. The Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney's fees if the Company must take legal action to collect unpaid amounts where allowed by law.
9. Important Legal Terms
This Agreement is the full agreement between the Company and the Customer for this rental. Any changes must be in writing. If one part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest will still apply. This Agreement will be governed by the law of the state of New York, unless the Company states otherwise in writing.
10. Acceptance
By signing below or accepting delivery, the Customer confirms that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to follow it.
